Well my new furniture has been ordered and I am looking forward to getting it. The chair and ottoman can in earlier and the rest is still another 4 to 6 weeks so we will see. I have wanted leather for awhile and finally, I will get a cloth couch for the family room up and another set for the family room downstairs. I would love to just get it all now but I don't mind waiting, I hate putting stuff on credit so I can wait. My new windows should be ready in 3 weeks, my basement should be warmer with new high efficiency windows.

cool! it will look great. looks like you are making a lot of changes. that's fun. hey i also heard you can buy christmas tree permits at some place in farmington. i'll let you know where when i find out if you haven't gotten your tree yet.
