Well what can I say : ( I am way late sharing our news about my uncle joining the LDS Church. As many of you know I am the only member in my family. I joined when I was 16 yrs old and my mom has met with the Elders so many times I have lost track. : ) My uncle got baptize on Jan 16 2010 by Chris. I can not describe the joy I felt that day, I am glad to see the Gospel in his life and all the great changes he has made. He is my dad's younger brother. In the pictures are Elder Garfield and Elder Contrera. I love having the Elders around and I think they want to move in. They were here Wednesday on their PDay and trimmed a tree for us then they were here Thursday for lunch and then they called this morning and asked if they could do their laundry here. While doing laundry they trimmed another tree! They are coming back on Sunday for dinner, Elder Banda said they are looking for an apartment and asked if our basement apartment was available. They are funny, I feel like I have two more children. I am glad I can help them, am sure they will be back for laundry again. I am glad Evan is close with them and is learning about missionaries and how great it is to serve the Lord.
