Thoughts

I like to just take a few minutes to just do the write down some thoughts I have been having. I am excited to Chris to start school and get it over as quickly as possible, I am also nervous of all the things that will change/happen ect.... I will start looking for work next month and try to help pay for school. A few days ago we got some great news about his math and writing placements. He did really good on both test and it will save us some money. We also have money to pay for school for the first year which is great. Getting a child placed in our home during this time has been giving me some anxiety, I am an okay mom, my thoughts are what if he hates me!, I know kids say things they don't mean I just would hate for him to be so unhappy to be in our home and I also worry how my kids will handle having him here when he will be getting all the attention. I want him to come I just hope that he will want to stay with us, I hope that we can give him all the things he needs and make sure he knows how loved he is and how lucky we are to have him come into our home. I have more parenting classes to take and hopefully pass all their requirements and test. It is a much slower process then I had anticipated. I will be picking my mom up on the 29th of May and we will drive a truck back to Utah with all her things. Having her here will be a blessing as well as a challenge, things will need to be adjusted on a daily basis to make sure everyone knows what their role will be during this time of change.
